📅 How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly on our website or through other official channels. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the payment has been processed.

💳 Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, etc. Cancellation Policy.

🔑 When can I cancel without penalties?

You can cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made after this time will be charged the full amount of the stay.

⚠️ Late cancellations or "No Show"

In case of "no show" or late cancellations (within 30 days of check-in), the total amount of the reservation will be retained.

Check-in e check-out

🕒 Check-in time

Check-in is available from 15:00. For special requests, please contact us to check the availability of early check-in.

🕙 Check-out time

Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.

🚪 Self check-in

We offer a convenient self check-in service. You will receive a digital code to collect your keys from the locker located inside the property. You will be provided with all the details in advance and our team is always available to assist you personally if needed.

Guests and personal data

📑 Guest information

For security reasons and in compliance with current regulations, it is mandatory to provide the data of all guests via the online check-in link that you will receive upon confirmation of the booking. Failure to provide the data may result in cancellation of the booking.

🚫 Number of guests

The number of guests cannot exceed the number indicated in the reservation. Any changes must be communicated before arrival.
