Cancellation Policy

🔑 When can I cancel without penalties?

You can cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made after this time will be charged the full amount of the stay.

⚠️ Late cancellations or "No Show"

In case of "no show" or late cancellations (within 30 days of check-in), the total amount of the reservation will be retained.

Changes to your booking (e.g. date changes) are possible, but may incur additional costs depending on availability and booking conditions.
