Terms and Conditions Booking and Confirmation
📅 How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly on our website or through other official channels. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after payment processing.
💳 Payment
To confirm the reservation, full payment is required. We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, etc. Cancellation Policy
🔑 When can I cancel without penalties?
You can cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made after this period will result in the full amount of the stay being charged.
⚠️ Late Cancellations or "No Show"
In the case of a "no show" or late cancellations (within 30 days of check-in), the total reservation amount will be retained.
Check-in and Check-out
🕒 Check-in time
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you have special requests, please contact us to check the availability of early check-in.
🕙 Check-out time
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur an additional charge.
🚪 Self Check-in
We offer a self check-in service. You will receive a digital code to pick up the keys from the locker inside the property.
Guests and Personal Data
📑 Guest Information
For security reasons and to comply with current regulations, it is mandatory to provide the details of all guests through the online check-in link you will receive upon booking confirmation. Failure to provide the details may result in cancellation of the reservation.
🚫 Number of Guests
The number of guests cannot exceed the number indicated in the reservation. Any changes must be communicated prior to arrival.
Property Use Policies

Responsibility and Damages
💳 Damages
A deposit is not required at the time of booking. However, any damages found at the end of the stay will be considered valid, unless the guest reports any issues or damages at check-in.
🧳 Lost Items
The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend not leaving valuable items unattended in the apartment.
Changes to Reservation
