If you're arriving by car, the most convenient motorway exit is Bologna Fiera. From there, it's just a 10-minute drive. If you're coming from the ring road (tangenziale), take exit 7 towards the city center.

It is mandatory to submit guest details through the online check-in link you will receive. Otherwise, the booking may be considered a NO SHOW.

Every stay of 7 nights includes an extra intermediate cleaning, which also includes a change of bed linens and towels, at a cost of 50 Euros, to be paid directly on-site.

The number of guests must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated in advance.
