Family 3 is a name that evokes the warmth and connection of a "Family Tree," symbolizing the legacy of hospitality that the Gaiba family has passionately passed down for three generations.

Born from the idea of Gabriele, alongside his sisters Alessia and Catia, Family 3 S.r.l. is the result of a family tradition rooted in the post-war period, thanks to our extraordinary grandparents, Marina and Roberto.

With immense sacrifices, they purchased the historic Landy Frères distillery, transforming the building over time into a welcoming haven that has been home to numerous families from all corners of Italy for over 70 years. Today, Gianfranco, their son, and his wife Anna Rosa enthusiastically continue this legacy, constantly updating the structure to keep the tradition alive while making it modern and functional.

The grandchildren of the legendary grandparents have expanded the offerings, adding uniquely furnished apartments, perfect for stays ranging from one night to a month, to the traditional homes.

Since 2014, Alessia, Catia, and Gabriele have been ready to welcome families, professionals, and groups of friends, always with a smile and a desire to meet every need!

Today, thanks to this tireless commitment, we reach an extraordinary milestone: hosting between 800 and 1,200 people each year from all continents.

Every stay with us is not just a moment of relaxation but an experience that continues to write the story of our family!

Every stay of 7 nights includes an extra intermediate cleaning, which also includes a change of bed linens and towels, at a cost of 50 Euros, to be paid directly on-site.

The number of guests must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated in advance.
